Danish-style rye sourdough bread with a malty taste. Made with sunflower seeds, rye kernels, and pumpkin seeds. Also topped with oats and linseeds.
Please note: At least 3 days notice is required or order before 12pm Thursday for a weekend bake.
Ingredients: rye flour (gluten), white flour (gluten), water, sourdough starter, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, rye kernels, barley malt extract, dark barley malt powder, salt.
Allergy advice: contain gluten. Prepared in an environment where nuts (inc. peanuts) and sesame seeds are handled.
